3  Design of the scripts

The design of the scripts or programme files is central to a smooth and fast processing of data protection reviews by the FDZ team. It is therefore essential that all users adhere to these guidelines in order to receive released log files and graphs in due course.

Furthermore, users should use the FDZ templates as starting point for their programmes. You can find the FDZ templates on our website.

Please note that scripts must not contain any data. Therefore, please refrain from copying results, establishment or personal ID’s into your scripts. External data must be sent to the FDZ as a Stata data set (see Section 2.2.3).

When naming script files, please use only the following characters: 0-9, a-z, A-Z, -,_.
